Each year, we open a limited pre-order period and publish a new order form during that time. Please follow the steps below to place your order:

Click the order form link to get started.
Select your products by checking the box next to each item and choosing the desired quantity.
Note: Each item will default to a quantity of 1, but you will only be charged for items that are checked.
Enter your contact information so we can reach you when it is time to collect your products
Choose a butchering timeframe.
While the exact pickup date is not set in stone, your order will be ready any time after the listed date. We will contact you closer to that timeframe to coordinate pickup.
Pricing Notice- Some items in this order form are sold at a set price (such as whole chickens). Other items are sold by weight (such as individual cuts). For items sold by weight, the price shown at the bottom of the form is an estimate only. Final pricing will be based on the actual package weight after processing. If you choose any of these products, your total shown at checkout will change once the chickens are processed. You will receive a final invoice reflecting the exact weights before pickup.
Submit the form.
You will receive a copy of your order by email. Please review it carefully and notify us as soon as possible if any changes are needed.

Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
